U.I.L., University Interscholastic League, provides students with
educational experiences through competition promoting good
sportsmanship and cooperation among school members. These
activities complement at the academics curriculum and are designed
to motivate students, as they acquire higher levels of knowledge.
They are challenging and provide opportunities to demonstrate
mastery in specific programs. West Oso Elementary School hosted
District U.I.L. Meet on December 9 offering contests in several
areas such as oral reading, creative writing, spelling, and music
memory.
