West Oso Drama Art Class in Area CompetitionsOn
March 24, West Oso high school students won the District Academic
meet at Gregory Portland. They advanced to the Area
Championships in Falfurrias where they performed in the UIL One-Act Play
contest the play "And They Dance Real Slow in Jackson" by Jim Leonard
Jr.
Donnie Avila and Joanna Alamillo won Honorable Mention Acting Awards.
Melanie Molina and Michael Deases won All-Star Cast Acting Awards.
