Texas Education Code § 30.053 requires each district's board of trustees
to publish an annual report that includes the Academic Excellence
Indicator System Report. On February 1, 2007, the West Oso ISD Board of
Trustees conducted a public hearing for public discussion of the AEIS
which included student enrollment, academic performance, and a report
about violent or criminal incidents.
