DRILLS - EMERGENCY |
Fire drills are held regularly to develop safety practices that
will help students to move quickly and orderly to assigned safety areas during
an emergency. Rules of safety are reviewed regularly. During a drill or an
actual emergency, the personal safety of all students will depend on the way
that students carry out these instructions.
Students, teachers, and other District employees will participate in drills of
emergency procedures. Maps posted in every classroom indicate the exit route
for students and staff in that area. When the alarm is sounded, students should
follow the direction of teachers or marshals quickly, quietly, and in an orderly
manner.
Emergency Bells:

at attention
2 Bells - All clear;
return to room
Tornado Drill Bells:
