CLOSING SCHOOLS |
Very rarely is it necessary for the Superintendent to close school because of
extreme weather conditions. Should the weather look so bad that parents suspect
school might be closed, they should listen to local radio and television
stations for announcements.
In case of local
flooding due to torrential rains, students will not be dismissed from school
until the principal determines it is safe for students to get home. Students,
of course, may leave school if a parent or legal guardian comes for him/her
