 Board of Trustees' Election Calendar The election calendar for the West Oso Independent School District 2006 Trustee Election shows Election Day on Saturday, May 13, 2006. Two trustees positions will be up for election in 2006: Guadalupe Casas and Robert Sandate currently hold these positions. Applications for a place on the ballot will be accepted from February 11 through March 13, 2006 (extended deadline). The application must be filed not later than 5 p.m. (of the 62nd day before election day). The deadline for write-in candidates to file declarations of write-in candidacy is 5 p.m., on Monday, March 20, 2006 (extended deadline). Early voting will be held from May 1 - May 9, 2006 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, at 5050 Rockford Drive, Corpus Christi, Texas. Election returns will be tabulated on May 13 at the Nueces County Courthouse following the 7 p.m. close of voting at the District's voting precincts. |
