A quorum was established and the meeting was called to Order followed by Roll Call of Board Members and notice of meeting.  There was no audience participation. 

A Board Workshop session was held for the purposes of providing Board Members a legislative update, team building activities, and development of Board Operating Procedures.  The workshop was conducted by ESC 2 staff members.

The meeting was adjourned.
