ALCOHOL, DRUGS AND DRUG-FREE SCHOOLS

The West Oso Independent School District believes that student use of alcohol and illicit drugs is both wrong and harmful.  Consequently, the district has established a Student Code of Conduct that prohibits the use, sale, possession and distribution of alcohol and illicit drugs by students on school premises or as part of any school activity, regardless of its location.  Compliance with this code of conduct is mandatory, and students shall be disciplined if they are found to have violated the code of conduct.
